Runnymede Foodbank at the Village Centre

 

The Runnymede Foodbank runs drop in sessions at the Village Centre on a Wednesday afternoon, between 1pm – 3pm, where you can come and collect a food parcel.

You will need to have a foodbank voucher or voucher number to collect food on the day.

Vouchers can be obtained via the Village Centre or The Forest Estate Community Hub in Englefield Green, or by contacting the Foodbank directly on info@runnymede.foodbank.org.uk or 01932 943 056

 

We have a donation point in our foyer where you can donate your non-perishable food items. There is always a Needs List on display so you can see what items are more in demand for the month.

RUNNYMEDE FOOD BANK

February Foodbank Appeal. We’re sharing the latest ‘foodbank needs’ list, along with a QR code for anyone who wishes to make a financial donation so the Foodbank can purchase items that are in short supply. Here are the items that are currently most needed:

Vegetable soup, tinned tomatoes, dog food (NB you can also drop off dog food at Blue Cross shop in Egham), shaving foam, size 5& 6 nappies, jam, coffee, custard, sponge pudding and juice.

We have a Foodbank drop off point in our foyer for donations. Many thanks for your help! It makes such a difference and is truly appreciated.

CITIZENS ADVICE

Citizens Advice will visit the Food Bank sessions at The Village Centre on 29 January and 26 February, so do come along if you need to speak with them.

Citizens Advice visits the Food Bank once a month for you to speak with their staff and seek expert advice. They will be here at the Village Centre 1pm-3pm on 10th July and 14th August.
